Our spin class uses a stationary bikes to lead you through a challenging, high intensity workout! Our instructors will take you on a indoor cycling ride that mimics outdoor cycling. You will be lead through hills, sprints, climbs and jumps all while listening to motivating and upbeat music that is guaranteed to keep you going. Try your first spin class and you’ll be hooked!
